CRM Integration for Agents

With an IDX Broker Office account it is possible to automatically syndicate leads that get assigned to one of your Agents into their individual Top Producer accounts. The first step can be done by you, the primary IDX Broker account holder, or by your agent in their own User level IDX Control Panel. The second step will need to be done by them in their own Top Producer account.

Note: If you are the Agent wanting to set up lead forwarding for yourself, please scroll down

Primary clients may enable these settings for an Agent as stated below:

Step 1 - Click Users in the main menu, Agents in the submenu, and Manage from the dropdown menu.

Step 2 - Click the Edit icon in the Tools menu next to the agent with whom you would like to work. Choose the CRM Integration in the tab in the next screen.

 

If your Agent has a Top Producer account:
Select Yes for "Push All New Leads to Top Producer 8i" . Your agent will need to use the Username and Password listed under Top Producer Configuration Details to set up IDX Broker as a lead provider in their Top Producer account. For further instructions please see this article and start at Step 5.


To enable CRM settings as an Agent in an IDX Office account:

Click on Bio from the Home screen in your IDX Control Panel and select the CRM Integration tab.

 

If you have a Top Producer account:
Select Yes for "Push All New Leads to Top Producer 8i" . You will need to use the Username and Password listed under Top Producer Configuration Detailsto set up IDX Broker as a lead provider in your Top Producer account. For further instructions please see this article and start at Step 5.

When you are done, click Save Changes.

 

NOTE: If you set up IDX as a lead provider in Top Producer prior to June 11th, 2014, you should delete the lead provider and then re-establish it if you have any difficulty finding your IDX leads in Top Producer.
